Foals of 2011

We are happy to announce the safe arrival of a lovely chestnut filly, Arinya Park Angel born 4 January 2012 by our senior stallion Arinya Park Klass from Warrawee Angelique, and thank you Klass for giving us our only filly for the season.

This dear little girl is so petite with a lovely refined head and wonderful movement, good legs and excellent topline.

We look forward to this lovely young lady maturing and at this stage she will be remaining with us. Her dam Angelique has only had one foal and that was some years ago but she delivered without a problem and has been an excellent mother.

Arinya Park Elite gave birth to a lovely bay colt on 4 December by our new junior stallion Mustang's Magnet. Mum and bub are doing well. This colt will be available for sale at weaning as he is our fourth colt this year. Update February: Elite and her colt have been sold.

Sutket Farm SaarIq foaled a lovely bay colt on15 November by our young stallion Mustang's Magnet, He is very tall with loads of attitude.

Arinya Park Shalim (pend) born 24/10/2011 is a Straight Egyptian Bay colt from Arinya Park Alicia (Shahwan Nakeeda Mon-Taj x Rianda's Rashina) by Monteego Bay. He is a very elegant, correct colt with a world class pedigree.

by Ashour Al Hasan\ (Asfour x Sukkhara)..

Lines included are Imperial Madheen, Asfour.

Ashour Al Hassan was awarded Australian National Champion 2-3 Colts 2009.

Glory had a beautiful bay colt for us by Klass in November 2010, Arinya Park Klassified who is a full brother to the lovely Arinya Park Aziz. We look forward to Klassified's future and I am sure he will mature into a fabulous show/riding horse


This stunning dark brown pony colt was born in 2010, he is the first Arabian Riding Pony that our senior stallion Arinya Park Klass has sired to a Riding pony mare and he is a stunner. He is owned by Georgia Aikman from Yarra Glen and she has been thrilled with the result and plans to campaign this lovely boy for 2011. At this stage Georgia is still trying to decide on a name for this special boy.

Foals of 2009
Emira is a very tall,correct, pretty filly from Sutket Farm Saariq by Avondale Eclipse. We are very happy with her and look forward to seeing her develop.


This is Arinya Park Arzu by Arinya Park Klass from Jirrima Time for Glory. We are thrilled with this lovely filly, full sister to the legendary multi Champion Esplendour's Aphrodite who sadly passed last year at the tender age of 5. We have great expectations for this young lady.

Below is the very pretty Bay colt owned by Rebecca Lee from Arabec Pintos.

Named Khavalier, he is by Arinya Park Klass out of Breakaway Nah Tasha. We proudly own a yearling full sister Arinya Park Tasha's Kiss who is also very pretty.


Judith Bradley of Zayed Arabians says: Our stud was established by my husband Mark and myself about 10 years ago. The breeding program is predominately based on the very successful lines of El Shaklan with the focus of introducing Egyptian bloodlines. 2009 has been a very good year with the arrival of two exceptional fillies by Arinya Park Klass. We are thrilled with the fillies and look forward to showing them next season. The filly pictured below is by Arinya Park Klass out of the lovely mare Niarla Shikara.

Below is the second filly foal from Zayed Arabians – by Arinya Park Klass from Zayed Jazira Judith says: This is Zayed Jazira's first foal and we are thrilled with her excellent attitude towards motherhood.

Indira, the bay filly pictured below, is by Avondale Eclipse out of the lovely Egyptian related mare Arinya Park Elite. This is Elite's first foal, her filly is very correct and scopey and will make a lovely riding type and future broodmare

2008 - My Little Miracle

Arinya Park Miracle Our next foal for the season was the long awaited filly foal by Arinya Park Klass from our beautiful mare Sutket Farm Saariq and she is my little Miracle.

This precious little filly certainly has defied all odds and has recovered from a broken pastern at the tender age of 12 hours. It has been a 5 month project with some highs and lows and all along this little girl had high spirits right the way through – never a nasty look or ears back. As the vet at Werribee said "she is doing well but we are not too happy watching her buck and canter around the stable with a broken leg".

I bought Miracle home when she had her cast removed after 3 weeks, but unfortunately the break was no longer in alignment and had calcified. We had two options: one re-breaking the pastern and screwing it or the conservative route which we chose to take as long as she was comfortable – confinement and a support bandage.The prognosis was poor for survival but I knew she was a fighter and we would try our hardest.

I had my vet assist me in the early days when my girl arrived home and when we first removed her bandage he was horrified at the colour of her fetlock skin, which was a purple and grey mess. One of the hospital's main concerns was ischamaemic necrosis of the skin after having had a cast on for so long.

Having ruled out infection of the joint I asked my vet (Des James) from Gisborne to apply Manuka Honey. Whilst he thought I had gone mad, he followed my wishes and Manuka Honey was applied.

Well, five days after the bandage was removed, we both witnessed a transformation and I think Des is now a converted Manuka Honey supporter, with each bandage change she went from strength to strength in a matter of week.

Miracle is now weaned and sharing a small paddock with another weanling and all is going well. While still lame occasionally she gets around the place very happily and appears pain free – tail over the back and a real little miss. Of course fingers will always be crossed for her to remain this way.
